0) Who can enter? This contest is open to all http://youraccountseller.com internet visitors. No purchase is required.

0) Methods of Entry: To enter the contest, send an e-mail to entry@youraccountseller.com containing the requested information. All entries much be received by December 10th the latest (up to and including the 10th). Entries failing to meet this deadline are ineligible and will be discarded.

0) Prizes: One iPod Touch 32GB will be rewarded at the end in accordance with the established rules of the contest. The winner is responsible for any and all income or other taxes on the Prize. No substitutions or cash redemption of prizes can be made.

0) Drawing & Eligibility: There will be a random drawing at the end of the contest. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. In the event YourAccountSeller.com is unable to contact or otherwise validate a winner by 8:00 PM on the Monday following the case week, a new winner will be selected from the eligible entries. This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

0) Entries received become the sole property of YourAccountSeller.com. Acknowledgment of your entry is not guaranteed. YourAccountSeller.com is not responsible for technical issues which may prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in this Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Contest or for typographical or other errors in the handling of the Contest materials, administration of the Contest or the announcement of the winner.
YourAccountSeller.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud which may destroy the integrity of the Contest as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion or for any other reason. Any fraudulent entry or entry that contains misinformation is null and void.

0) Also by entering, entrants consent to the use of his or her name, city name, image and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. Your privacy is extremely important to us. Your contact information will not be published, shared, sold or otherwise disseminated to any third party organization or individual, with the exceptiion of the affiliate in control of the random drawing, who is also bound by this privacy statement.
